Is the WhiBlu app free?
Yes — the app is free to download and free to use. You only ever pay the fare you accept.
When will the app be available?
The App Store and Google Play links go live at launch. Until then, book online — bookings run 24/7 either way.
Do I need the app to ride with WhiBlu?
No. The app adds upfront fares on screen and live driver tracking, but online booking gives you the same service. Plenty of our riders book online only.
Can I book a 6-seater in the app?
Yes — select the 6-seater option at booking, and the fare updates before you confirm.
Will my trips be saved?
Yes. Trip history and receipts live in the app, which is handy for expenses — and your regular runs can be re-booked in two taps.
