Booking

How do I book a ride with WhiBlu?

Two ways: the WhiBlu app (fastest), or online through our booking page. Both run 24/7.

Can I book a ride in advance?

Yes — pre-booking is ideal for airport transfers and event nights. Set the date and time in the app or online and we'll lock it in.

Do I need the app to book?

No. Plenty of our riders book online only. The app adds upfront fares on screen and live driver tracking, but online booking gives you the same service.

Fares and payment

How much does a ride cost per km in NSW?

NSW fares combine a base charge, a per-kilometre rate and time-based charges, and rates vary by time of day. WhiBlu simplifies this with a single upfront fare, shown in the app before you confirm.

Is the fare I see the fare I pay?

Yes. Once you accept the upfront fare in the app, that price is locked for the trip.

How can I pay?

In the app, by credit or debit card, or with cash.

Vehicles and services

How many people fit in a 6-seater?

Our 6-seaters seat up to six passengers plus luggage. Larger group? We'll coordinate multiple vehicles — details on the 6-seater page.

Do you do airport transfers?

Yes — Ballina Byron Gateway is our main airport, and we arrange Gold Coast and Brisbane transfers too. We do not track flights, so allow time to clear the terminal when you pick a pickup time. See airport transfers.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?

Not at launch — our current platform vehicles are standard 4- and 6-seaters. If you need accessible transport, we're happy to point you toward local providers when you call.

Areas and trust

Which areas do you cover?

Lismore, Goonellabah, Ballina, Casino, Alstonville, Wollongbar, Kyogle, Nimbin, Lennox Head, Bangalow and surrounding Northern Rivers communities — full list on our service areas page.

Are WhiBlu drivers accredited?

Yes. Every driver holds a full licence, passes a police check and carries appropriate insurance, and vehicles display WhiBlu Point to Point Transport signage. The platform operates under NSW Point to Point Transport authorisation.
