Early flights and late landings, handled
Early flight out of Ballina Byron Gateway? Landing late and need a ride home to Lismore? Pre-book your airport transfer and your driver will be there at the time you booked. We also arrange longer runs to Gold Coast and Brisbane airports.
- Ballina Byron Gateway (BNK) — roughly 30 to 40 minutes door to door from Lismore.
- Gold Coast & Brisbane — longer transfers by arrangement when flight times don't suit BNK.
- Flight changed? — amend your booking; we do not track flights, so allow time to clear the terminal.

Which rideshare service should I book?
For flights, book an airport transfer so your driver is assigned in advance. Travelling as a group of up to six, choose a 6-seater. Everything else — shopping, appointments, a lift home — is a standard booking by app or online.
Do you run at night and on public holidays?
Yes. WhiBlu operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, and online bookings are taken around the clock.
Can I pre-book a service days ahead?
Yes — pre-booking is ideal for airport transfers and event nights. Set the date and time in the app or online and we'll lock it in.
How do I know what a trip will cost?
Your upfront fare is shown in the app before you confirm the booking.
