A note on flight delays
WhiBlu does not track flight arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed or changed, please cancel or amend your booking yourself so your driver isn't left waiting.
Australian immigration, customs and biosecurity processing can also take a considerable time after landing, and drivers are not required to wait for extended periods. Book your pickup for when you realistically expect to be out of the terminal rather than for the landing time.
